Dear Friends in Faith,
Sometimes a rainy day is really nice! When warm weather comes to Vermont we feel we must seize the moment. There is so much yard work to do and so many outside projects to tackle, not to mention the hikes and rides and sports that beckon to us once the snow melts. So every once in a while it is nice to have a rainy day to remind us to slow down and take a breath. On days like this I like to sit at the window and just watch the rain fall while thinking about how the rain blesses God’s creation. Today I invite you to do the same.
Below you will find a prayer celebrating God’s creation, down to the smallest element. Further down are some announcements about our Faith community life together.
Your Friend in Faith,
Pastor Kristabeth
Every creature, every plant, every rock and grain of sand proclaims the glory of its Creator, worships through color, shape, scent and form. A multi-sensory song of praise. Creator God, may we join with the whole of your creation, in praising you, our Creator, through the fragrance and melody of our lives. Amen.
